Chantal Garrett
*Rocky Balboa theme song starts to play*. Don’t worry — I’m not shadowboxing or running through the streets this time. As a native Philadelphian, I learned this iconic theme at a very young age. Even as I write this, I can vividly picture the montage sequence — and it reminds me why I fell in love with film and acting so early on. I’ve always been drawn to imagery and the art of storytelling: the way a well-crafted story can evoke emotion, spark thought, and stay with you long after it ends. That fascination is what led me to dedicate a large portion of my life to studying acting, film, and eventually becoming an indie filmmaker. But like any true character arc, my path extended beyond my original expectations. What began as a love for performance evolved into a deeper understanding of why stories work — and how they can be used strategically. Through creating and producing films, earning my PR degree, and completing extensive training with ONE Creator Lab, I’ve developed a strong blend of creative, interpersonal, and analytical skills that I now bring to my work as a brand strategist. I understand storytelling from both a creative and strategic lens — how to shape narratives that resonate with people while driving meaningful results. In most stories, this is where the journey ends: the character reaches their final form. But I know mine is just getting started. To my future employer — together, we’ll become the people’s champion of social media marketing.

DeNarius Allen
Hello! I am De’Narius Allen, an art director, creative strategist, and content creator who builds stories through images, movement, and intentional design. Atlanta is my home base, but my work reaches wherever creativity flows. My creative roots come from years behind the camera, shaping light, framing emotion, and developing the visual identity of my own production brand, DA Productions. That foundation in film and photography fuels the way I approach digital storytelling today: bold, thoughtful, and rooted in human connection. Along the way, I’ve partnered with brands as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, and UGC Creator developing campaigns, producing content, and bringing brand stories to life across platforms. Whether it’s a scroll-stopping social campaign, a visual identity, or a story brought to life frame by frame, I create work that feels intentional, cinematic, and built to resonate.

My goal is to create content that feels approachable and human using authenticity, humor, and realness to spark connection and make people feel seen. At the core of everything I do is storytelling that brings people together and leaves a impact.
Mari Dika
I grew up constantly surrounded by music, theater, family stories, and a constant awareness that culture isn’t something that you can just study—you live in it, inherit it, and carry it with you. That has shaped how I write, how I think, and how I show up in my creative work. I work where social and culture collide, writing copy that moves fast, feels human, and actually gets the moment. I’ve helped shape social strategies, write social first copy, and bring ideas to life within agencies, music festivals, entertainment spaces, always with an eye toward what people care about, not just what brands want to say. I’m curious about sociology, power, and why things trend when they do. I’m suspicious of things that feel overly polished or lacks empathy. I believe good creative campaigns come from paying attention: to language, to humor, to the comment section, to the things that are said when they think no one is listening. Outside of work (and occasionally inside): I’m a poet. I love connecting with my Arab roots through food, dance, and loud laughter. I’m imperialism’s biggest hater. I take pop culture very seriously and astrology semi-seriously. I’ve spent years online learning how people talk, argue, flirt, and form opinions in public. I love creative work that feels like it breathes. I appreciate teams that care about culture without exploiting it. And I like writing that I can hear. If any of this resonates, we’ll get along just fine, friend ♡

Beth Crosby
Seeking Paid Partnerships
Hi!
I'm an LA based actor, writer and content creator best known for my viral social media brand ""Garbagemom,"" and as the co-creator of the hit web-series ""Jessica and Hunter"" (NewNowNext Award nominee) but my daughter best knows me as “mom who relies on chicken nuggets as a meal 3 to 5 times a week.”
Oh yeah, I also graduated with a BFA in Musical Theater from Carnegie Mellon School of Drama (I’m an alto with a high belt for all you MT nerds out there), toured the country with The Second City Comedy Theater, and was a member of the world famous Groundlings Sunday Company. But hey, who wasn’t?
I've amassed 1 million subscribers and over 500 million views across my social media platforms, and have been featured in TIME Magazine, E!, Huffington Post, Buzzfeed and (most importantly, obvs) TMZ.
My fave TV credits include Fuller House, Dr. Ken, Episodes, Team Kaylie, Superstore and JONAS LA. I’ve also acted in about a trillion commercials. Yes, I’ve counted, it’s a trillion.
I absolutely love being an actor, but I much prefer to write the actual words that come out of my mouth which is why I turned to social media content as a form of self expression. In 2016 I gave birth, and I realized as the only woman to ever give birth that I should absolutely write and post about my experience.
Turns out, millions of other women are mothers too! After I got past my jealousy I got to work creating content about the sh*tshow that is motherhood, other parents started liking and engaging with my content, and my social media brand “Garbagemom” was born. (So, I guess you can say I gave birth twice?)
Since then I’ve partnered with global brands such as Mercari, Third Love, Babble, Parade, Hearthsong Toys, TEMU (sorry about that one), Premier Protein, Earnin’ and everyone’s favorite, Squatty Potty on branded videos and paid media.
Oh, and I'll soon graduate from The ONE Creator Lab, in collaboration with The ONE Club for Creativity and Tiktok, where I'm currently being mentored by some of the biggest and best creative directors, strategists, copywriters and producers in the advertising world to help grow my skills as a content producer and brand marketer.
TLDR; I'm a social media obsessed musical theater junkie, turned comedy nerd, turned mom.

Ashley Bradshaw
Seeking Paid Partnerships
My intention is to captivate the hearts and minds of individuals through storytelling; creating a community that highlights voices underrepresented and ideas uncharted. Although what is unknown can often cause fear and overwhelm, it can also be an opportunity to learn and grow.
Visually communicating stories on screen has given me expert insight on what it means to focus on the development of ideas in order to achieve results. I have been responsible for executing the decoration of sets for film/tv and marketing campaigns that reached wide audiences while maintaining strict budgets, adhering to specific deadlines and negotiating contracts across varying timezones. I understand how to embed the essence of a company into the heart of its consumers. For a film, this looks like transporting the mind of viewers into the fabric of a story so much so, they forget they're watching a screen. For brands, this looks like adapting a product or service to be a natural incorporation into the daily lives of its customers; something they invest in that elevates their quality of living. Through The One Club for Creativity, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating on successful campaigns for well known brands; authentically connecting with their audiences in order to drive up sales and brand engagement.
While I am excited to learn as much as possible from any position, I also looking forward to contributing the knowledge and skills I’ve developed over my last 6 years in production, as well as from the One Creator Lab, a marketing program in partnership with The One Club for Creativity and Tik Tok.
As we shift into a space where trust is the most valuable resource, I offer my talents as a tool to authentically connect businesses with their audience.
