Chantal Garrett
*Rocky Balboa theme song starts to play*. Don’t worry — I’m not shadowboxing or running through the streets this time. As a native Philadelphian, I learned this iconic theme at a very young age. Even as I write this, I can vividly picture the montage sequence — and it reminds me why I fell in love with film and acting so early on. I’ve always been drawn to imagery and the art of storytelling: the way a well-crafted story can evoke emotion, spark thought, and stay with you long after it ends. That fascination is what led me to dedicate a large portion of my life to studying acting, film, and eventually becoming an indie filmmaker. But like any true character arc, my path extended beyond my original expectations. What began as a love for performance evolved into a deeper understanding of why stories work — and how they can be used strategically. Through creating and producing films, earning my PR degree, and completing extensive training with ONE Creator Lab, I’ve developed a strong blend of creative, interpersonal, and analytical skills that I now bring to my work as a brand strategist. I understand storytelling from both a creative and strategic lens — how to shape narratives that resonate with people while driving meaningful results. In most stories, this is where the journey ends: the character reaches their final form. But I know mine is just getting started. To my future employer — together, we’ll become the people’s champion of social media marketing.

Hello! I am De’Narius Allen, an art director, creative strategist, and content creator who builds stories through images, movement, and intentional design. Atlanta is my home base, but my work reaches wherever creativity flows. That foundation in film and photography fuels the way I approach digital storytelling today: bold, thoughtful, and rooted in human connection. Along the way, I’ve partnered with brands as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, and UGC Creator developing campaigns, producing content, and bringing brand stories to life across platforms. Whether it’s a scroll-stopping social campaign, a visual identity, or a story brought to life frame by frame, I create work that feels intentional, cinematic, and built to resonate.

Mari Dika
I grew up constantly surrounded by music, theater, family stories, and a constant awareness that culture isn’t something that you can just study—you live in it, inherit it, and carry it with you. That has shaped how I write, how I think, and how I show up in my creative work. I work where social and culture collide, writing copy that moves fast, feels human, and actually gets the moment. I’ve helped shape social strategies, write social first copy, and bring ideas to life within agencies, music festivals, entertainment spaces, always with an eye toward what people care about, not just what brands want to say. I’m curious about sociology, power, and why things trend when they do. I’m suspicious of things that feel overly polished or lacks empathy. I believe good creative campaigns come from paying attention: to language, to humor, to the comment section, to the things that are said when they think no one is listening. Outside of work (and occasionally inside): I’m a poet. I love connecting with my Arab roots through food, dance, and loud laughter. I’m imperialism’s biggest hater. I take pop culture very seriously and astrology semi-seriously. I’ve spent years online learning how people talk, argue, flirt, and form opinions in public. I love creative work that feels like it breathes. I appreciate teams that care about culture without exploiting it. And I like writing that I can hear. If any of this resonates, we’ll get along just fine, friend ♡
